Our Driver Benefits

  1. Low Turnover: We value our drivers. Many have grown with us and continue to deliver exceptional services to our customers every day because of our commitment to team culture, safe driving standards, and year-round consistent hours.
  2. Newer & Well-Maintained Equipment: We're regularly updating and growing our fleet with new vehicles and dumpsters.
  3. In-House Mechanic: We get trucks back on the road faster with our in-house, on staff mechanic. This means more hours for you on the road every month.
  4. PPE Allowance: All new hires are given a PPE allowance to get branded Next Day Dumpsters gear to be worn on the job.
  5. Regular OT Opportunities: Make your hours go further with regular OT opportunities. We run weekly Saturday shifts that give our drivers the opportunity for overtime on many weeks.
