Recently had the pleasure of speaking with Alice scheduling a dumpster delivery. She was very empathetic in my situation. So nice to hear from someone pleasant and caring. She was nice enough to extend on how long the dumpster could be there. The driver was courteous and very nice. In such a world as it is nowadays it's nice to interact with caring people

First and foremost, her timeliness was impressive. The delivery of the dump was prompt, and she ensured that everything was set up perfectly. Equally important, the pickup was just as efficient, which made the whole experience hassle-free.
I was particularly grateful for the care taken with my driveway—there were absolutely no damages during the drop-off or pick-up. It’s clear that Alice prioritizes not only her customers’ needs but also the integrity of their property.
To top it all off, when I needed to extend my reservation, Alice did so without any penalties. Her flexibility made a huge difference and truly showcased her commitment to customer satisfaction.
