Despite my oversight, I was happily informed and without any hesitation the dumpster could instead be delivered the next day. It was delivered promptly and professionally and all neighboring properties were respected. Every Next Day employee I encountered were all the same – pleasant, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Randy, who delivered both dumpsters, was kind and he even confirmed my driveway could accommodate both a 20-yard and 30-yard dumpster simultaneously which greatly accelerated my cleanout process. He is the main reason why I ordered the second dumpster. I spoke with Ray (Supervisor) who assisted me with the service request for the second dumpster. He was both pleasant and patient and kindly provided information which helped me to decide when exactly to have the second dumpster delivered. He quickly completed the order with me over the phone. And additionally, he kindly extended to me a discount on the second dumpster as a thank you for my business which was quite generous. The retrieval of both dumpsters was again a seamless process as well. Because I ordered the 20-yard dumpster initially and then the 30-yard dumpster days later, the pick-up dates for each dumpster would be days apart. However, I spoke with Michael Hopper who kindly and accommodatingly allowed both dumpsters to be retrieved on the same day, which essentially gave me additional time with the first dumpster. I am thankful that I elected to do business with Next Day Dumpsters! I highly recommend this business as you will not be disappointed in any manner.
