Our Driver Benefits

- Newer & Well-Maintained Equipment: We're regularly updating and growing our fleet with new vehicles and dumpsters.
- In-House Mechanic: We get trucks back on the road faster with our in-house, on staff mechanic. This means more hours for you on the road every month.
- PPE Allowance: All new hires are given a PPE allowance to get branded Next Day Dumpsters gear to be worn on the job.
- Regular OT Opportunities: Make your hours go further with regular OT opportunities. We run weekly Saturday shifts that give our drivers the opportunity for overtime on many weeks.
