We have used next day dumpsters twice now, and both times the service has been exceptional. Our first dumpster pickup was a day over the scheduled 10 days due to their schedule being full. Any days over 10 usually incur a fee, but I called next day dumpsters and the customer service rep immediately waived the fee and told me we would not be charged. Amazing customer service!! I had very specific instructions on where we wanted the dumpster in our driveway. Next day dumpsters put the dumpster exactly where I asked! I didn’t even need to be outside. They dropped it off and picked it up without us noticing. They are truly amazing at what they do. Highly recommend Next Day Dumpsters!!
