Recently had the pleasure of speaking with Alice scheduling a dumpster delivery. She was very empathetic in my situation. So nice to hear from someone pleasant and caring. She was nice enough to extend on how long the dumpster could be there. The driver was courteous and very nice. In such a world as it is nowadays it's nice to interact with caring people
